IoT-Based Detection and Early Warning System for Acid Leaking in Underground Pipeline

Leaks in pipelines caused by acid are destructive to both economic growth and capital which should be avoided at all costs. Damage underground is a hard-to-find leak, the unavailability of real-time monitoring system lack pipeline history database. The aim this work develop an early warning detect leaking using Internet Things (IoT) technology. To changes pH soil parameters near pipeline, two mechanisms required: first, provide before leak detected second, report occurrence leak. notification equipped with three LED indicators, each showing offline, online signal detection status. novelty prototype that can record values database for future research. Using continuous monitoring, analysis database, leaks they become major problem. Consequently, manufacturing industry will benefit from initiative as it automated, efficient cost-effective.
